What we collect
When you contact us we collect your name, email address, telephone number and anything you choose to tell us in your message. If you go on to instruct us we also collect the information needed to prepare your documents, which may include family details, details of your assets and identification documents.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and arrange your free initial consultation.
- To prepare, register and store the documents you instruct us on.
- To meet our legal, regulatory and professional obligations.
- To send you our newsletter, where you have asked us to. You can stop this at any time.
Who we share it with
We never sell your details. We share information only where it is necessary to deliver the service you asked for, for example with the Office of the Public Guardian when registering a Lasting Power of Attorney, or with trusted suppliers who help us run our practice under written agreements.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to instructions are held for two years. Client files and documents are retained in line with professional guidance and the terms of any storage service you have taken out with us.
Your rights
